Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the VoteTix website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, including via Google OAuth, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

2. Points and Referral System

VoteTix provides a points-based reward and referral system. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the points system at any time without notice.
• Any attempt to game the referral system (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VoteTix and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VoteTix.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoteTix, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any content therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
